Registration is necessary to make purchases on this site. It is hereby agreed that the personal data provided in the electronic registration are true and proper, and that you will be liable for all damages and/or losses that the falsity of the information may imply.

In the event of giving up before receiving the product, you must refuse the product at the time of delivery and communicate us, because we will provide the cancellation within 07 (seven) calendar days after receiving the product in our store again.

If you receive the product and want to give up the purchase, you have the right to return it and receive a refund of your order. The deadline for giving up the purchase is 7 (seven) calendar days after receiving the product. The order will only be canceled if the product is without signs of use, accompanied by the invoice, manual and all its accessories.

The order will be cancelled after we analyze the product. The analysis will be carried out within 7 (seven) working days, counting from the receipt of the product in our store again.

If the product meets the above requirements, the refund of the amount paid will occur according to the payment options below:

Credit card: The cancellation of the debit will be requested from your credit card company. If there has already been a debit, the reversal of the amount(s) paid may occur in up to 02 (two) subsequent invoices. Remember that this procedure is the responsibility of the issuing bank.
Boleto Bancário: the refund will be made by deposit in the current account of the owner of the purchase, with the same CPF, within 10 (ten) working days.

The refund of the amount paid will occur according to the payment options below:
Credit card: your card administrator will be notified and the refund will occur in up to two subsequent invoices.
Bank draft or debit account: the refund will be made by wire transfer to the checking account indicated by the buyer, within 10 business days. It is necessary that the CPF of the account holder be the same as the one indicated in the order (the customer's CPF).
In installment purchases, the refund will follow the procedures of the financial agent involved.
In case of return, the refund will only be processed after the product(s) is (are) received and analyzed in our store again.
The refund will be made for the total value of the returned/canceled product, plus the shipping charges.
We will not be responsible for cancelling or repairing any product that shows clear signs of damage.
