RETURN DUE TO CANCELLATION OR WITHDRAWAL
In the event of withdrawal before receiving the product, you must refuse the product upon delivery and notify us, as we will arrange the cancellation within 7 (seven) calendar days after receiving the product at our store again.
If you receive the product and wish to cancel the purchase, you have the right to return it and receive a refund of the amount of your order. The deadline for canceling the purchase is 7 (seven) calendar days from receipt of the product. The order will only be canceled if the product shows no signs of use, accompanied by the invoice, manual and all its accessories.
The order will be canceled after we have analyzed the product. The analysis will be performed within 7 (seven) business days, counting from the receipt of the product at our store again.
If the product meets the requirements above, the refund of the amount paid will occur according to the payment options below:
Credit card: You will be asked to cancel the debit to your card administrator. If the debit has already occurred, the refund of the installment(s) paid may occur in up to 02 (two) subsequent invoices. Please note that this procedure is the responsibility of the issuing bank.
Bank slip: the refund will be made by deposit into the checking account of the purchaser, even CPF, within 10 (ten) business days.
REFUND OF THE AMOUNT OF A CANCELLED ORDER
The refund of the amount paid will occur according to the payment options below:
Credit card: your card administrator will be notified and the refund will occur in up to two subsequent invoices.
Bank slip or debit from account: the refund will be made by electronic transfer to the checking account indicated by the buyer, within 10 business days. The CPF of the account holder must be the same as that stated on the order (customer's CPF).
For installment purchases, the refund will follow the procedures of the financial agent involved.
In the event of a return, the refund will only be processed after the product(s) have been received and analyzed in our store again.
The refund will be made for the full amount of the returned/cancelled product, plus the shipping cost.
We are not responsible for canceling or repairing any product that clearly shows signs of misuse.
PRODUCT EXCHANGE – DISCREPANCY IN MODEL AND/OR IRREGULARITY IN QUALITY
Check the product immediately upon delivery. If there is any discrepancy with the product or the quality of the delivery, refuse it and record the reason for the return on the back of the invoice. Do not sign any other document.
As soon as the carrier notifies us of the return, our team will arrange a new order with the product sent.
If you receive the merchandise and it shows any discrepancy, it must be without signs of use, accompanied by the invoice, manual and all its accessories so that it can be replaced with another product of the same type (model and brand). The deadline to contact our Customer Service Center is 7 (seven) calendar days from receipt of the product. The exchange or cancellation of the order will only be carried out after we have analyzed the product. The deadline for collecting the product, at the same delivery address, will be informed by email or telephone. The deadline for making the exchange will depend on the availability of the same model of the product in our stock and will be informed by email or telephone. If the product is unavailable in our stock, it may be replaced with another similar product of the same value. However, if you do not want the similar product, you have the right to request the cancellation of the purchase. No exchange of product model will be made, only if the same model is unavailable in the store and is of the same value.
EXCHANGE OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
The exchange request must be communicated to us within 7 (seven) calendar days, counting from the date of receipt. Within this period, the customer has the right to request the exchange, provided that it is accompanied by a technical report from one of the accredited technical support services and the product shows no signs of misuse, accompanied by the invoice, manual and all its accessories.
The deadline for collecting the product will be informed via email or telephone. The products will be analyzed by us and may be returned without prior consultation if the criteria listed above are not met or if no defect is found.
If the product purchased on our website presents a defect after 7 (seven) days from the date of receipt, but within the product warranty period, you must contact us to report the fact and obtain clarification.
